eCD	Give the Power User the ability to designate which response to a question will flag as a possible conflict in a potential conflicts column when building the annual disclosure cycle	Currently, a YES answer to a Y/N type question triggers a flag of ‘potential conflict’ but since there are different types of questions, there is no way to consistently flag an answer to a question as a potential conflict.
